Before you choose
Common questions
How long can I use the Free plan?
As long as you like, with no card required. Upgrade when you're ready and everything you've recorded comes with you.
Can I change plans later?
Any time from your business account. Upgrades apply straight away and you pay only the difference; downgrades apply from the next billing period.
When can I cancel?
Any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, with no lock-in.
Why pay yearly?
The yearly price equals 10 months for 12 months of use, so two months are free.
Can I add specialty modules?
Yes, with any paid plan (Starter and up), at checkout or later from your account, for every branch. Advanced includes Patient CRM via LINE.
Do you issue tax invoices?
Yes. A tax invoice is issued automatically with every payment.
